Your mission: In this role, you will support the Revenue Management Manager in defining and executing the commercial and pricing strategy for the Italian market. Responsibilities Support the Revenue Management Manager in developing and executing the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy for all sales channels. Conduct analytical reviews and performance assessments during monthly closings. Analyze pricing trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Evaluate the ROI of promotional activities and build learnings to optimize future plans. Contribute to the Price Pack Architecture (PPA) process and portfolio optimization. Support channel initiatives, particularly in the Out-of-Home (OT) segment, working closely with channel leads. Partner with Finance and Sales teams to ensure business alignment and visibility of performance. Prepare reports and dashboards using tools such as Nielsen, Power BI and IBM analytics suite. Collaborate with your Revenue Management peers in Italy and Spain to exchange best practices and strengthen team capabilities. Qualifications University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Around 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, ideally within FMCG industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. High motivation, adaptability, and curiosity to learn. Proficiency in Nielsen, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI or IBM. Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
